A series of joyful and relaxing Sunday mini retreat sessions inspired by the senses in the beautiful studio space of The Centre for Movement. Each day will feature sessions guided by knowledgeable practitioners who will help you engage, ground and reconnect through a spectrum of sensory experiences.
