John Robinson

Tommy Minton & Co Creator
John began dancing at an early age, and was part of the Royal Ballet Mid Associate Programme for 2 years and the DanceEast Centre of Advanced Training for 6 years. He then went on to attend NSCD graduating with a first class degree. Following this John went on to complete a masters degree during which he was the apprentice for 2Faced Dance, touring works across the UK.
Upon completing his masters degree, John worked with Sababa Company, Roisin Whelan Dance and Vinicius Salles. His show repertoire with the company includes: 7.0, The Qualies, The Box of Delights, POWER, Last Orders, Where All Paths Lead and Lungs of Our City.
Tom Pipes

Fish, Business Chicken & Co-Creator
Tom is a dance artist from Derby who trained at London Contemporary Dance School. Upon completion Tom applied for a Dance Performance MA at Northern School of Contemporary Dance where he achieved an apprenticeship with 2Faced Dance Company.
This quickly became a professional contract where he would perform with the company for several months after the course was completed. Tom is excited to be back working with the company again. His show repertoire with the company includes: 7.0, The Qualies and Where All Paths Lead.
Sam Buswell

Sewer Puppet, Algae Bloom, Co-creator & Reharsal Director
Sam graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2016 with a First Class BA Honours in Contemporary Dance and was awarded The Marion North Award for Outstanding Achievement in Performance.
He then went on to join VERVE at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating with an MA in Contemporary Dance Performance. Upon graduation from VERVE, Sam worked with Motionhouse and Tamsyn Russell.

His show repertoire with the company includes: RUN, What The Moon Saw, MOON, POWER, The Box of Delights, Last Orders, 7.0, Hollow in a World Too Full, Where All Paths Lead and Lungs of Our City.
Tamsin Fitzgerald

Director & Co-Creator
Tamsin is a multi award winning Choreographer, Artistic Director, Mentor, Teacher and many things in-between.

Tamsin trained at NSCD and founded 2Faced Dance Company in 1999. As Artistic Director of 2Faced Dance, Tamsin has created and toured works nationally and internationally to much critical acclaim both with 2FD and for other dance, circus and theatre companies.
Tamsin specialises in creating highly physical works, bringing community stories to life and ensuring rural audiences get access to world class dance.
Thomas Haines

Composer
Tom is a multi award winning and Ivor Novello award nominated composer, specialising in distinct works for large ensemble jazz, solo piano and live dance/physical theatre productions, working with such companies and choreographers as Taira Foo, DanceFest, Highly Sprung Performance Company, Upswing Aerial Dance Company, The National Youth Ballet of Great Britain and Ascension Dance

Carl Davies trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Carl is an Associate Artist at Vamos Theatre.

Toni Cook

Community Liaison
Toni Cook is a freelance creative practitioner and producer with expertise in making impactful engagements with participants.
Based in Herefordshire Toni works with lots of arts organisations making creative work with children and young people, with a specialism in empowering young people and making their voices and views heard.

Sarah Watkins

Evaluator & Outdoor Consultant
Sarah is a researcher, author, teacher and Forest School leader. She was a primary teacher for just over a decade and eventually Head of School. Sarah currently works part time at the University of Worcester in the education department as well as teaching children outdoors and speaking at conferences. Her current research is centred around risky play, and dialogic feedback, and her third book will be published in 2024.
