A class designed for adults who have previous dance/movement experience and beginners.
Incorporating a range of contemporary techniques to develop fitness, strength, coordination and flexibility, this class incorporates elements of improvisation, floorwork and more complex phrases. Find the freedom in the flow, relaxed approach and good vibes.
Payment Options
Full Term (10 classes) - After purchase, students will start classes at the beginning of the next Full Term.
