Emily Crouch - PRODUCER
I am a creative thinker and problem solver, interested in and passionate about the social purpose of dance and am looking for opportunities to continue my development and work with companies and organisations that my values align with. I have over 11 years’ experience of working in the dance industry, both as a freelancer and employee in a variety of environments.

I trained at London Contemporary Dance school and started my career as a freelance performer before transferring my skills to developing, managing and co-running Just Us Dance Theatre in 2015. Whilst developing a love and knowledge of Hip Hop culture and supporting developing creatives, over the past 8 years as Executive Producer of Just Us, I also cultivated and fostered my knowledge and skills alongside the growth of the company. Just Us Dance Theatre became an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) in 2022. Building the company to this level is recognition of my hard work and dedication.Since 2015 I have raised £1,500,105 from Arts Council England and leveraged £400K in partnership cash for artists. Alongside financial acumen, I am ambitious and enjoy thinking strategically, building partnerships and taking projects from inception to completion. As an experienced tour producer, I have experience across a range of artistic, practical and logistical requirements, from tour booking to being out on the road.
