General Managers Post

2Faced Dance seeks an exceptional individual who combines vision and imagination with organisational skills and an attention to detail.

 We’re looking for a bold, enterprising and experienced arts manager to help us develop and realise an exciting and secure future. This is a new post to manage the company on a full-time basis. The primary purpose of the post is to develop and lead the company financially and managerially alongside the Artistic Director's vision and the company’s business plan. We are also looking for someone who is able to invent new possibilities and partnerships for the company.

This role is a 3 year fixed term post with the potential to be extended with continued or renewed funding
Hours 40 hours per week

Salary: In the region of £27,000 - £30,000k per annum plus expenses related to the post outside of Hereford will be covered

Location: 2Faced Dance is based in Hereford at The Courtyard Centre for the Arts, Edgar Street, Hereford. HR4 9JR. The post holder will be based at the office

Start Date: 2nd April 2012 (this is flexible within the month of April)

Herefordshire is a rural county and being a car owner as well as having a full clean driving license is essential
